When I was presented with paperwork containing a down payment figure (from the finance department) that was higher than what I had agreed to, Doug sincerely apologized and quickly dealt with the situation to get it corrected on my behalf. He was able to get me the exact vehicle that I requested for the price that I wanted to pay, and seemed to genuinely have my best interests at heart. He had to locate the vehicle & have it shipped from another dealership. He kept me informed throughout the process and was able to deliver the vehicle even before the date promised. "T" was also wonderful. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He walked me through setting up BlueLink, paired my phone, answered all of my questions about how to use all of the functions in the vehicle, and even showed me how to remove the roof racks myself. All in all, finding the right vehicle & leasing from Freehold Hyundai was a very easy & pleasurable experience. More
