Fantastic experience from start to finish! When I started my search for a new vehicle, Subaru wasn’t even on my radar. After hearing independently from a few different people, I was convinced I needed to loo my search for a new vehicle, Subaru wasn’t even on my radar. After hearing independently from a few different people, I was convinced I needed to look into a Subaru. I hesitantly reached out to Freehold Subaru to schedule a test drive which is where I met Brandon and Sean. They were both friendly, honest, and straightforward gentlemen. After narrowing down my search, I scheduled another visit with Sean and we were able to work through a deal in a no pressure, no hassle environment. The whole experience was unexpectedly positive. Everyone at Freehold Subaru was terrific...as soon as I walked in the showroom, Brian was there to greet me and give me a seat. he then thoroughly went over the car I was leasing, a 2021 Outback Touring - walked in the showroom, Brian was there to greet me and give me a seat. he then thoroughly went over the car I was leasing, a 2021 Outback Touring - some of the features are different than my last Outback. I then proceeded to complete my financing paperwork and everything wen t quickly and smoothly. When I was finished, Brian escorted me out to the car and showed me some additional things I should know immediately. Shane was also wonderful - I really experienced both of these guys as dedicated and felt like they "owned" the dealership! As I left, Brian gave me a cute pad and pen to leave in the car and jot down any questions that could arise so I would have them handy when return to pick-up my license plates. Felt totally indulged and taken care of and highly recommend this dealership and these two fellas to anyone looking for a Subaru - and who isn't????? More

Very best car leasing experience we ever had! They had the Outback we wanted in stock and gave us their best discounted price upfront. We dropped off old leased Outback and picked up brand new 2021 Outbac the Outback we wanted in stock and gave us their best discounted price upfront. We dropped off old leased Outback and picked up brand new 2021 Outback. Whole process took less than 20 minutes. They were very responsive and respectful of our needs during COVID-19. We didn't even have to go inside the dealership. Paperwork was done in the parking lot. Great quick service. We will be back for our next vehicle! Thanks Steven, Amy and Dave. I went to Freehold last Saturday just to see what the newest Outback features were, and walked out after buying one! It was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
