There was no pressure, no pushing, no stress, he was just simply down to earth, friendly & there to answer all questions. The crosstrex was the only vehicle we drove in our very short search of purchasing a new car after almost 17 years. Not so sure we would have purchased it on the same day we drove it had it not been for the easy going vibe from P.J. It was a much more relaxed experience than we had imagined it woud be. We are very happy with our crosstrex & are we are already encouraging others that may possibly be interested in a new car to go & visit with P.J.
