Just a license plate light bulb! So Thurs Dec 28, I walked in and got seven lights (bulbs) replaced on my 2011 outback. Except they missed the license plate bulb! Saturday December 30, Husband came in at 11:45 to get it fixed, was told, nope," mechanics will be taking lunch soon". "You can come back at 1:00" so they were not even busy that day (snowing). It would've taken 5 minutes to replace that one exterior bulb. More

I must admit that I was a bit intimidated by all of the newest technology but before total panic set in-it was John DePalma to the rescue! John is the in house tech support person who patiently sat with me to explain each and every button and dial.
