Do not recommend this dealership or Toyota to service or purchase. Freeman failed to properly diagnose my vehicle while it was still under warranty. As soon as I was out of warranty they magically diagnosed purchase. Freeman failed to properly diagnose my vehicle while it was still under warranty. As soon as I was out of warranty they magically diagnosed it with the lower control arms needing to be replaced. I contacted the Toyota Brand department. They created a claim. Apparently closed the claims and denied assistance with the bill on 3/18. Without contacting me. I called multiple times only to be told it was being worked on by Nicholas. So I waited. Now almost a month with so resolution to find out today that it was denied and they would not be taking responsibility for their misdiagnosis and lack of documentation of all the times I brought my car in. More
