Overall, the dealer and staff were very good. However, I had two issues. One was some plastic wind deflectors left in the trunk that were supposed to have been installed before delivery. They did install them when I brought the car back to ask what they were. Second, I reported a problem with the rear speakers on my Camry. The rear speakers are almost inaudible when the fader is moved toward the back. They looked at it and said it was just the result of buying the cheapest sound system. That is not acceptable - the sound should not almost disappear when the fader is moved for any grade of sound system, the sound should only move from speaker to speaker. I have read on the internet of many other people experiencing the same problem with Camrys. Many of those dealers replaced the speakers. Freeman said they would sent the problem to Toyota, but I've never heard another word from anyone at the dealership or Toyota about it. I think that is poor. They should at least let me know what they have learned about the cause and what they intend to do about it. Otherwise I think the car is excellent. If the speaker problem is resolved then I would recommend this dealer, but until then I cannot. More
