My advisor was great and I have always been happy with Freeman. My issue is waiting like 3 hours to get my oil changed, tires rotated and battery tightened down. If I were to go to Jiffy Lube I most lik Freeman. My issue is waiting like 3 hours to get my oil changed, tires rotated and battery tightened down. If I were to go to Jiffy Lube I most likely would have been out of there in 30 minutes. It would be cool if you were to entertain the idea of having a separate division for small, easy services so we are not waiting like that. I don't know, just an idea. Happy New Year!!! More

The email response could be better, it was over 24hrs. I had to call up there which is not a huge issue just something for the networking people to consider. Corey (Cory) I'm not sure how to spell his name, was very friendly on the phone and it was easy and reassuring while I scheduled a test drive for the Tacoma. Upon arrival, Sam immediately greeted my girlfriend and I asking us how we were doing and how he could help. I told him we were there for Corey and upon learning he was busy with other matters, Sam happily took care of us for the rest of the time. Very honest and straight to the point with everything I had questions about, while also being kind. He is very knowledgeable in his work. It seemed he had most of all of the vehicles information memorized. Jackson in Finance was awesome and super friendly.
