He listened to me and explained things to me at my level of understanding and even gave me estimated time the work will be completed when my daughter who accompanied me asked him estimated time of completion of service. Lo and behold! The car was ready just as he said. The waiting room was so clean as well as the restroom I was amazed with the services rendered. More
