Desmond did an excellent job taking care of me when I was having an issue with my truck, calling to check on my welfare as I nursed my truck in, getting me a loaner vehicle, and keeping me updated. In my 12+ years of dealing with Freeman Toyota, I’ve never had anything less than an excellent experience with them. Another Toyota dealership is much closer to me but they can’t compete with the type of service Freeman offers, so I drive the extra distance. More
