I originally thought dealership was very upfront and transparent. Although I should have seen some hail damage during purchase process, I also discovered a large dent on top of the roof after purchase p transparent. This was obviously a known issue that should have been mentioned (disclosed) during the review and purchase process. The expense to do a quick dentless repair and pop the larger dent “out” from below the roof would have been very minimal. Used car buying experience confirmed….buyer beware. Disappointing and frustrating. More

I was towing a heavy trailer across the country when my truck began to have trouble and wouldn't go any further, I nursed it to the closest Toyota dealer (Freeman Toyota) on a Sunday evening, one hour befo truck began to have trouble and wouldn't go any further, I nursed it to the closest Toyota dealer (Freeman Toyota) on a Sunday evening, one hour before closing. They assisted me in purchasing a new 2023 Tundra till 11:30 in the evening (2-1/2 hours after their closing time) to help me get back on the road again to meet my deadline of 7:am in the morning to recieve my home goods from the moving company which was arriving at 7:am. Because of their awesome assistance I made it home on time just two hours before my deadline. They stayed late helping me transfer my stuff from the old truck to the new truck and spent a lot of time helping hook up my trailer to the new truck. I can't thank them enough for their generous help, it will always be remembered as a great experience for me in the middle of a difficult time that I was going through.
