Despite my previous comments I just got an email for two minor filter changes after they had the car for 3 hrs. They could have called and got the work authorized while they had the car. The service manager was super nice and understandably very and sincerely apologetic for the the 3 hour time it took to do a regular maintenance (11,000 miles) due to “worker issues”. Given the worke very and sincerely apologetic for the the 3 hour time it took to do a regular maintenance (11,000 miles) due to “worker issues”. Given the worker issues, I have very little confidence that the work was done correctly and it was with great trepidation that I took the car on a 250 mile trip shortly thereafter. I will not chance getting my next maintenance from Fremont Toyota. More
