I had not such a good experience My experience was far less than perfect and was not a 10 my car was there over a month and when my parts finally arrived they were signed for but not communicated to my a less than perfect and was not a 10 my car was there over a month and when my parts finally arrived they were signed for but not communicated to my advisor it wasn't until I called my warranty company and they gave me the name and the date that they were signed for and then I called my service advisor that it was acknowledged that the parts were there for days and then it took almost another week for the job to get done and my other issue still wasn't resolved More

Person who checked in vehicle didn’t do anything he said he would. We changed phone numbers and it wasn’t changed, said he didn’t need carshield information and it was needed. Day after vehicle picked up, additional issues have happened and my son almost missed a wedding. Repair process has caused at least 2 more issues and we have to return the vehicle Monday. After 2 weeks already, now we will be back without the vehicle for another week. Terrible communication, terrible service and the car still isn’t ready to drive after 2 weeks. More
