Bought a 2019 F150 that was practically brand new. The dealership itself has improved My experience with the sales person Amber after the sale was horrible. Follow up was not good. I was expecting various parts (antenna & tow hooks) from service and had to call the dealership myself to find out if the parts arrived. Also i specifically requested transfer of license plates from the vehicle I was trading in and that transaction was fouled up. I had to go to the dealership to rectify the issue only to find that the sales person had received the license plates but never notified me. More
