Tyler is a great person all around. He helped us sell our car and out the door in a new one, in the same day. He really was beyond the needs and help we required. It may have even been a little overwhelming but he was as professional as I've seen in a long while. I mean you think hey I'm going to buy a car and don't expect being reminded of how proud you can be over the way someone else conducts themselves. The whole staff we encountered was more than what's expected and just very comfortable to the point, that you almost forget the ins and outs of it all and just enjoy being there surrounded by wholesome hard-working people. Thank you a ton guys. America has a great future ahead because of people like the Front Royal Ford team. More

Searching the Ford build your truck web sight, I created my dream truck. Searching inventory for hundreds of miles, amazingly found the truck I was looking for. I contacted the dealership via CHAT option an my dream truck. Searching inventory for hundreds of miles, amazingly found the truck I was looking for. I contacted the dealership via CHAT option and they guided me to Marco. We spoke, created a deal, he was able to work it out with his sales manager, and working around my difficult schedule, made the purchase. He did his best to make the right deal, expedite the transaction and get me back on the road for the 2 1/2 hour trip back home. We made an agreement over the phone, and he and the dealership honored it. Thank you! More

Poor communication, questionable pricing negotiations, and they work hardest to nickel and dime you on fees: SHOP ELSEWHERE. I walked out on an agreed price for the vehicle because they were so rude. After trying to overcharge me for a spray-in Berliner and Ford accessories (more than I could order or purchase them myself) the “Sales Manager” stepped in to resolve a negotiation but did not introduce himself, was rude, and tried to take advantage that I had driven 2.5 hours to sign for the truck, check in hand. I initially worked with them over the phone and only came in to sign the paperwork. If I had initially experienced their customer service I never would have attempted to purchase from this dealership. More
