Dealership was unable to find the folder and spare key/fob to the vehicle. Vehicle is push start so not having a backup isn’t ideal. It’s been a month and I don’t feel like the dealership even cares key/fob to the vehicle. Vehicle is push start so not having a backup isn’t ideal. It’s been a month and I don’t feel like the dealership even cares. Seems unprofessional to me. Not sure how you loose that and not help the customer with getting a new key/fob. They are not cheap. Will not be using them again. The manager pushed us into buying the car stating they were losing money. True story. Car was traded in with 119k miles. Someone from dealership put 14k on it. That lowers the value and then having problem stated above seems ridiculous. We probably overpaid in the end. Will not go back. More
