The service center was very hands-off. They could not explain to me why the error code was populating or how to fix it, simply because that was not what the vehicle was in there for. There was no evidence of a 100pt service inspection during my oil change and tire rotation, other than being told, "If there was an issue they would have said something." This brings me back to the fact that they did not even notice or mention the error code that comes up immediately when the vehicle is turned on. It was simply poor service from an organization that did not seem to really care about me or my vehicle. More
