They were very helpful and they were pretty quick.I went there to get a state inspection and to check on a recall and they asked me if I would would like to get it done at the same time.I said yes so that w there to get a state inspection and to check on a recall and they asked me if I would would like to get it done at the same time.I said yes so that was very nice and saved me another trip. Always received good service in the past. This time not so much. Dropped my truck off at 9 am for an oil change. Called at 3:30 to see if it was done. Service department employee told me that didn't have my truck. After 20-25 minutes on the phone including over 10 minutes on hold, they finally located my truck. I asked if it was ready and was told they were finishing up a few things. I asked when it would be ready and was told a little over an hour. They clearly lost my truck in their system/paperwork and hadn't even started it when I called. After my call they rushed it in the shop. I understand these things happen but would have appreciated a more honest answer and an apology. More

Was supposed to have my tires rotated during service and it was done. The girl who waited on me did not know what she was doing. Drove 4 hrs to purshase a truck and well arrived the truck was not even drivable!!!!! We needed a new battery for one of the cars we purchased six years ago from Front Royal Ford. Did a “walk in” and they had the battery I needed and completed the replacement in less 45 minutes!
