Not fully satisfied. This was the second time in a row that work I requested was not done (i.e. tire rotation). The previous time I requested a quote for a new wheel well This was the second time in a row that work I requested was not done (i.e. tire rotation). The previous time I requested a quote for a new wheel well and it was never addressed. Also, I was given a list of recommended maintenance; however, no one discussed them with me or offered to take care of them then. it was clear that quality of service declined due to it being a busy Saturday morning.
