Chris Buckingham did an amazing job and you are luck to have him. Your service manager need to go work in a different department. Honestly she is extremly rude and disrespectful especially when she doesn't have him. Your service manager need to go work in a different department. I had to leave call back and talk to Chris and them comeback so he could take care of my ford focus. I have three Fords that you service and my last purchase was a Ford Explore from your location. After last week that wont be the case when I buy my next car. My rating below is based on how I was taken care of by Christopher Buckingham. More
