Bill .."The Master" of Customer Service I went in to the parts department for a simple battery for my fab. Bill put the new battery in, & took the time to educate me on the uses of the fab. I went in to the parts department for a simple battery for my fab. Bill put the new battery in, & took the time to educate me on the uses of the fab. How to start the air conditioner or heater as I am headed across a parking lot. He also explained what I should do if my fab doesn't work or the battery is totally dead. I know you might think this is common sense, I am 62 yrs and not tech savey. Bill took the extra time, and went the extra mile. Oh...I should mention I also walked out with two car cell phone holders because he was willing to answer my questions and give me much appreciated advice. Bill totally exceeded my expectations and this is my definition of "Amazing Customer Service" Thank you Bill! D. Haggard More

We were happy with the vehicle, but didn't notice a few small details on a quick inspection. I had an appointment setup fairly quick to get it into the service dept by next week. My man Jeff Jones is the man. He and his team got me in/out in a timely manner and got my happy with the details I wanted addressed. Jeff really bent over backwards for me and I'm forever grateful. I recommend you check out Future Nissan and talk to Dave Cooley in Sales and Jeff Jones in Service. Thanks for my Murano guys. More

I had to wait until 2:30 for the oil change to be done. And he canceled the car wash without my permission, so I had to wait for another 30 minutes. He never apologized. Very rude. He should not be working for Nissan. I was not given A service report. More
too many problems, no apologies or follow-thru Had my 2017 in for warranty work, received call to pick-up car but it was repaired wrong and my advisor had gone for the day. Another advisor, Zahan, Had my 2017 in for warranty work, received call to pick-up car but it was repaired wrong and my advisor had gone for the day. Another advisor, Zahan, jumped in to help as mechanics were leaving for the day. Zahan did get the car fixed, with me literally in the service bay doing half of the work (insurance coverage??). Afterwards, no follow-thru from the dealership - Zahan was great but me, the customer, should not have been the first person to find out the work had not been done right. Last week, invoice said work was done, leaving the dealer I found some work was not done. Called service advisor with no resolution so reached out to Tom Serpico to resolve. He had the Service manager (Tom Ley) call me, and later I received a partial refund. No apology, no offer to take better care next visit, no follow-up from Tom Serpico. I gotta guess these guys just don't care - make the money on vehicles sales, customer care is just a hassle to them. Pity, I really like my Nissan car! More
"Beyond Awesome" I am so glad God sent Mr. David Cooley my way..My old vehicle broke down on his lot. I was nervous and unsure of how life was going to go for me after I am so glad God sent Mr. David Cooley my way..My old vehicle broke down on his lot. I was nervous and unsure of how life was going to go for me after that :(. But how the Father always knows what He is doing . I now have a 2014 Altima, and am able to make it to work without a problem; And a new friend;David ;). Bless you man thank you for being so caring, and unbelievably helpful.
