"Service Advisor - Jeff Jones" I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from Bill Zupo at Future Nissan and had amazing experience. Unfortunately, I had to move out of state for school and I purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from Bill Zupo at Future Nissan and had amazing experience. Unfortunately, I had to move out of state for school and used a different Nissan dealer for service, Autonation Nissan. I must say that I am missing out on the exceptional level of customer service provided by this dealer and Jeff Jones. I had a question about the warranty I purchased on my vehicle in 2014 and Jeff provided all the details I needed, and more. He even answered my question about a specific repair and whether or not it would be covered in my warranty. Jeff went as far as to provide me his direct line and told me to give him a call if I had any trouble. Thanks for the help Jeff! - Ryan More

Excellent customer service from Service adviser Jeff Jones I had a major service done on my car yesterday.
