I took my truck in for an oil change and was told it'd be about 1.5 hours. 5 hours later it was finally ready..... I use my truck during the day for work so this was a big inconvenience. I called to check on about 1.5 hours. 5 hours later it was finally ready..... I use my truck during the day for work so this was a big inconvenience. I called to check on the status at 1230 and was told theyd been slammed all day and hadn't been able to get to it yet (if this was the case I work litteraly 2 min away and would have brought it when they were ready), this was not the case though it just got put to the back of the line dispite having an 830 appointment. When I walked back to pick it up I was told the service tech (Lance) marked it as a "drop off" so it just sat there all day. No compensation/discount or as much as a coupon were offered but said they'd make a note next time, and sorry... If it wasn't for the warranty for life I have through them I would not be taking my truck back here. Very disappointing as I've always loved this dealership. 😞 More
