Outstanding Customer Service and No Pressure Sales Team. I began looking for a new vehicle after my car was unfortunately totaled out. I decided to check out Galeana's Van Dyke Dodge on the recommendation from a family member. I am sure glad I did. I called and spoke to Bill Reed over the phone and he was great to deal with. No high pressure sales or pushing. After talking to Bill over a couple of calls we narrowed in on a vehicle he thought i might like and sent me the information on it. After reviewing all the info I decided to head down to the dealership and meet Bill in person. Bill is great guy with a great sense of humor and he knows how to take care of his customers. I looked at the vehicles and ended up selecting the one Bill picked out, a Nice Cherry Red Ram 1500 4x4!. After deciding on the vehicle, I sat down with Bill to discuss the lease terms and again I was surprised. Bill was honest and straight to the point with leasing options available, in terms anyone can understand with no hidden fees or extra costs. We quickly agreed on the terms I preferred and it was off to do the paper work. I was handed off to Bill assistant Ruth. Ruth was nice and we were able to get through the app pretty quickly. After everything was in order it was to the Financing office where I handed off to Mark Gibson. Again I was treated great. Mark did a great job explaining all the fine print and confirming all the details on the contract and making sure I understood everything I was signing. Again a completely laid back atmosphere and no pressure. I think I was in and out of Mark's office with all the papers signed in about 15 minutes or so. Lastly it was back to Bill's desk to arrange the time to get my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that it could be ready in as little as 45 minutes. I decided not to test Bill and gave him a couple of hours to get my vehicle ready for delivery. Delivery was smooth and a flawless vehicle was ready on time as promised by Bill. Bill and Ruth went over the vehicle with me to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles and even gave a tour of facility. I would recommend anyone looking for Vehicle to check out Galeana's Van Dyke Dodge. I know I'll be going back again for my next vehicle. More

We had been in bankruptsy and I thought if I payed for the lease up front, I could qualify for the lease. Mr. Everaert explained to me how applying for the one-time pay was the same as applying for a lease, so he took me through the steps I needed to take to lease a car. Rich was very knowledgeable and gained my confidence right away. I was impressed how everyone works together for the best for the customer. After speaking with Mary Pittiglio-Hunley and discussing my financial options, I decided to lease for two years. She explained what I needed to do to qualify and we went to work. I contacted my best friend's husband regarding the Friends and Family benefit and my father was on board to co-sign for me. Everything fell into place and I ended up driving away in a beautiful Dodge Journey. I was very anxiety-ridden coming into the dealership for the first time by myself to seek a solution to my car situation, and I left very relaxed and confident I had come to the right place. My husband felt lied to from the get go. We wanted to lease a new Durango with a one time payment. After getting a price an setting a delivery date, test drove one an were told give us today to get the o lease a new Durango with a one time payment. Then get a call later that day they had one on the lot but couldn't find the one promised must of sold it. Ok so now what we ask well we can get a lot trade for a dark colored one no problem, right, then we are told no lots with in 250 miles had one, but they had a white one we could get that day for the same deal. So I went an got a cashiers check picked up my husband an were at the dealership in 45 Minutes to be told oh it's sold too. Total run around an waste of our time. We went to a dealership twenty miles away, got the exact Durango color, model for cheaper. When we were told there were none for over 250 miles away!!!! Then the boss acted like we did some thing wrong, he was ignorant an rude. So you decide if this is how you wanted to be treated, there is much more but you get the idea.
