I started going to Town & Country before y’all bought the dealership I guess for two or three oil changes I like it much at at Gallatin Ford we appreciate y’all it’s so funny when I walked in Jessica was on the phone. She said she would be with me in a few minutes. I think the general manager was there. He wanted to know if I wanted a cup of coffee I said, yeah that sounds good so I got my wife not a cup of coffee just go check me out. We went out on the patio and drank the coffee. It was so good I went back and got us another cup. Y’all keep up the good work thank you. More

They are lacking on service advisors and took over 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence .they have these people call me all the time to come back and get service I did and this is how I was treated.
