I let him know what I was interested in and right away he provided me options that aligned with what I was hoping for. After choosing what I hoped to call mine at the end of the day, he got numbers and payment plans to me quickly! I’ve heard stories of people spend almost 13 hours at a dealership trying to get a car, but I only spent a solid 4.5 hours, which can be accredited to how efficient and thorough Ron worked. The entire time I felt like he had my best interests in mind and I felt like I was in good hands. He was very accommodating and although we only met that day, it was like my family and I already made a new friend. While I won’t be on the market for a new car for quite a while, I would definitely come back to Ron if the opportunity presented itself! The following day I noticed something was off with the body of the car. I contacted Ron and right away he told me to bring it in. I brought my car in and he addressed all my concerns within ten minutes! Seriously amazing. More

Excellent in every way I just bought my second Honda from Galpin Honda. In the past I have purchased multiple cars from the Galpin family of dealerships, so I am a loyal cus I just bought my second Honda from Galpin Honda. I went in with a very specific idea of what I wanted. Our sales person was Alexander Tumasov and he was beyond excellent! He listened to me and didn't try to push anything other than what I asked for. This matters to me a lot, as I respond very poorly to pushy salespeople, and have been known to walk out of places if their salespeople don't listen. Alexander was amazing. He was knowledgeable, efficient, funny and even did card tricks for us while we waited for the paperwork to be drawn up. I am thrilled with our experience from beginning to end, and especially wish to commend Alexander! More
