I Now Understand What it Feels Like to e Royalty If you've ever been through the car buying experience, it is easy to say that it's generally a rough process... That's not to mention the "usually" pushy sales people who are guided by their own self interest and lack of empathy or even general customer service skills. Today, I walked in this dealership with nothing more than a handful of dreams and very little hope. I have never understood what it felt like to be famous or rich or to be royalty... until today. Not only was this the most customer centric business I've been to in years, I was blown away at the level of TRUE empathy shown by Sam and his command of the situation and of my experience. This wasn't an ordinary "great sales" experience. I was treated like royalty even after saying that I probably wouldn't be able to buy a car today. From the coffee bar and full cafe to the eye candy of all the beautiful vehicles, there was NOTHING I haven't been impressed by. This was a truly incredible experience. If you want to know how a car dealership should run, come by here and just watch. I can't say thank you enough to Sam... I'm beside myself. In a world full of hate and ugliness, this man and this car dealership has reminded me of all that can be beautiful in the world. THANK YOU. Don't go anywhere before coming here. More

From the minute we walked into the dealership it was a pleasant experience. Amanda greeted us very nicely & was patient, understanding and excellent from the beginning. She was amazing with our kids & she helped us find the perfect car that fit within our budget and met every single requirement (including color!). She went above and beyond before, during and after the purchase. Nothing against Galpin, but Amanda won our purchase with her amazing interaction. By far the best car purchasing experience I've ever been. I would recommend Galpin based solely on Amanda. That said, Galpin is a very clean and well designed dealership. They have a basketball hoop & kid's room to help entertain the kids. They have a full on coffee bar that's awesome. They make it comfortable. My only complaint was it took a really long time from the time we agreed to the purchase to the time we drove away. Oh well though, it was still pleasant. More
