I found one that looked like it had everything that we were looking for at the Galpin Honda Dealership. Stefan Christensen was our salesmen who helped us out, for being a Honda salesmen he was very knowledgeable about the car which was nice to learn more about the things we didn't know. We really liked the car, there was only really one hold up and that was the cleanliness of the actual car itself. Stefan agreed with us and wanted to make sure we were absolutely happy with the car. He had the car detailed for us while we spoke about terms, he said if we were not happy with the way the car was cleaned we could just simply walk away. His team did a great job and made that car shine inside and out. Really leaving us with no concerns. Stefan and his team were very friendly and were not pushy at all, at the end of the day they wanted to make sure that its the right car for us and that we are happy with the purchase. Great Place to Purchase a New Honda I bought my 2015 Fit from Galpin Honda. I did extensive research on many models from various manufacturers within my price point before choosing them I bought my 2015 Fit from Galpin Honda. I worked with Kathy Cong on the purchase of my new car and she was delightful. They didn’t have the color I wanted, so Kathy went out of her way and found me the right color even before I had come in for a test drive. I also worked with Kelli McGregor as my initial contact through the Internet and Liz Zamora in the finance department and they were very friendly and helpful. Also, about four employees asked me if I wanted a cuppa Joe, but I was already amped up from my own morning brew. Did I mention they're very friendly? I will definitely do business with Kathy and the team from Galpin Honda on any future auto purchases. More

Wish we had him from the very beginning of our Galpin Honda experience. We started as a AAA referral with Stephan as the sales rep. I'll just summarize by saying that we felt that Stephan didn't want to sell us a car and/or had many other priorities multiple times. Ultimately, I asked Shawn Harrison to hand us off to another sales person. Sam saved Galpin Honda the sale as I stopped in to give it one more try due a vehicle that was in inventory before moving on to two other Honda Dealers. It turned out that that vehicle was no longer in inventory but Sam was successful in working through the sales process on another vehicle. We are very happy with our purchase and will gladly recommend Galpin Honda and Sam to others. More

At first we we're very worried that we can't be approved since we are just starting building our credit. We pass all the papers needed to him. It took days before we know the result. Not right away. But he said and assure that ''HE WILL DO THE BEST FOR US". And it came true, after few days, I called him and he said if I can come again. And I did. I feel relieved. Hoping for a good news.
