Stu, my salesman was excellent. I purchased a pre-owned SQ5 Premium and he was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me to adjust all the settings to my specifications. He took the time I needed to get acquainted with all the bells and whistles. Mary, the person that helped me finish up the purchase was great as well. She was also very knowledgeable and when I finally reached her after a 2+ hour wait in the lobby, she had me on my way in under 30 minutes. I came from out of town to make this purchase and was at the dealership for a total of 7 hours. 4 hours of which was due to the dealership's unwillingness to accept the auto draft check from my bank for the purchase of the vehicle. This process was stressful and frustrating. In the end, I was given no choice but to forego the loan from my own personal bank and redo the financing process with dealer financing. Since I came from such a distance (213 miles) to purchase the car, I feel like they took advantage of me and my situation. I'm going to refinance with my bank (and actually at an even better rate)! The extra steps I'll have to take and the overall poor experience I had with the payment process is very disappointing and I won't recommend this dealership unless you plan to finance with them. More
