Loved our Jeep but we leased a Jeep that guzzled gas and we were not sure about owning a Jeep again. After talking to a few dealers, and then speaking with Annie Garancelli at Garavel in Norwalk, CT, we decided that the sales experience mattered a lot. As did the service Dept. Our daughter and son in law turned us on to Jeep, and Annie. Since we purchased our last Jeep, there isn’t anyone that we know that owns a Jeep in our town, that has not purchased from anyone other than Annie.
