warranty work on 2019 Cherokee Needed warranty recall UA9 performed (reprogram powertrain module) Dropped off night before, got call warranty service couldn't be done as they didn' Needed warranty recall UA9 performed (reprogram powertrain module) Dropped off night before, got call warranty service couldn't be done as they didn't receive the necessary equipment to perform the reprogramming. Got needed oil change and tire rotation done. When in to pick up vehicle dealer had received equipment and after an additional 20 minute wait they did needed warranty work. Another nearby dealer wouldn't even schedule and said to wait for another letter from Chrysler! Garavel was friendly and prompt service, and in the end ended up doing everything needed. Wish I knew the name of the fellow who actually came through and performed the warranty work. He was happy to do it on spot while I waited. More
