Over the past decade, I have either financed or leased a few cars and I must say Maikel is, to be completely honest, the best sales person I've ever worked with. It's uncommon to find someone in sales at a dealership to be not only knowledgeable but also to be patient, listen to you carefully, be trustworthy, always look for your best interest, respond to phone calls/messages promptly and overall care for you as a client. Maikel, was exactly that and I felt very comfortable during the whole purchase process. The car needed some minor work done and Maikel made sure it got done exactly as promised. The great experience was also enhanced by Dina, the lady at the front desk welcoming me, offering a beverage and also making sure my kids were doing well and they were entertained. I wanted a very specific configuration and combination of features, and when it became clear they didn't have anything like that in their inventory, he suggested I could custom build a Wrangler to my exact specifications, and he walked me through that process and gave me a very fair quote on my trade that allowed me to make the decision. Maikel was thoughtful, courteous, helpful and friendly every step of the way, and Mary made all the paperwork painless.
