Excellence with a few hiccups We were excited that we could tare our car home in a day but .... the salesmen was informative but did not know all the bells and whistles of the ca We were excited that we could tare our car home in a day but .... the salesmen was informative but did not know all the bells and whistles of the car and how it worked. An example is the rear seat platform. It had a stands that were not explained. Another example is we were told what the bottom line was and left the dealer to. get a bank check and the car was being prepped. When we returned to the dealer two hours later all the paperwork was ready. So we signed all of it. Then the paperwork person said the check amount was wrong. Something with the tax rate and he asked us for$10.00. Seriously!! We just spent 34,000.00 and someone at the dealer puts in wrong rate and you ask us for10.00. Left me with a bad taste. Then the car. We signed papers that everything in the car was checked . The Right rear tire needed air before we left and was supposed to be fixed during prep. It was not. We put air in today to match other tires at 37. . Also question regarding car mats, there is only one out of 4. Driver side did not have one and car is muddy due to rain. Are there supposed to be mats for back? There is storage bins/compartments. More
