There was a 15% off marking on the front windshield when I inquired about purchasing the truck. I was then told bring in my paper work from my previous purchase for a loyalty discount of 15%. When the fin I inquired about purchasing the truck. I was then told bring in my paper work from my previous purchase for a loyalty discount of 15%. When the final purchase went through I received the loyalty discount but the 15% discount marked on the truck was missing. When I asked about it, I was confronted with quizzical look wondering what I was talking about. After 2 weeks, the car had a mechanical problem. When I called for servicing I was given an appointment 4 months out on a 2 week old truck. I'm just disgusted with the whole process. More
