I started to work with this dealership and other dealerships via email several months ago. I initially wanted information on a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Over time, although I continued to be interested in a certified pre-owned Jeep, I became more interested in a new one so I would be able to pick and choose my options / features on the vehicle. Amanda Gerpe initially reached out to me and continued to offer assistance over a couple of months as I went back and forth between used and new. When I was ready to come into the dealership, she arranged for me to work with Rony Gonzalez, one of the salesmen. Rony was patient, clear in his explanations and helpful during the purchase phase. Paula Ramos finalized paperwork with me and presented various service options but not in an overly aggressive way.
