I was in the market for a new Jeep. After some comparative shopping, went to Garavel, because they had the best price. There ended up being a small mistake regarding a deposit that needed to be refunded back on to my credit card. (noticed a mistake with paperwork a couple days after I picked up my Jeep... not a big deal, mistakes happen) My sales person, Annie, was out on vacation when I picked up my vehicle, so I tried dealing the the General Sales Mgr, John. This is where the customer service experience went South. A simple credit card refund that should have taken 10min, became a BIG problem. After my initial conversation over the phone with John, I was told he needed to look up my paperwork and call me back. That call never came. I waited two days, and called again. Again, I was put through to John, got the voicemail the 2nd time around. Left a detailed message, reminding him of my situation, and waited for a call back. Waited two days...still no word from John. Apparently, his idea of customer service is to bend over backwards to make a sale, but ignore people when it doesn't involve him making a buck. Long story short, It took 3 calls and a week, and I STILL got nowhere...and that was dealing with the MANAGER! What saved the transaction, is that my original sales person Annie came back from vacation. I spoke with her on her first day back and she IMMEDIATELY refunded my deposit and handled the situation. If it were up to John, this dealership would get 1 star, but thankfully Garavel has great employees like Annie and Omar that make my experience with Garavel pleasant and why I'd recommend them to others. (just don't deal with the John, the Sales Mgr) More

He searched for a car that not only fit our budget but saved us few dollars on the backend, this type of customer service in 2013 is rare! Edward also knew his cars. He never, not once made a promise he could not keep! Gus, (what a well-dressed doll face)!!! He was super supportive of his staff, and that is something that will keep us coming back! Gus made sure all of our needs were met. This is the second car I purchased from Garavel Chrysler Dodge and I must say the customer service overall the WAS PHENOMINAL. Expecting to set-up an appointment for next week, Christa Iannaccone not only took care of the headlight, oil change, tire rotation, air filter, and regular maintenance - but, she had it all done that day and it didn't take very long at all! Christa is one of the friendliest and best Service Advisors I've ever worked with. She always greets me with a smile and makes the service process harmless by always updating me on my vehicle status or just asking how my day is going. This is just one of the many reasons why I'll always keep bringing my vehicle to Garavel! More

Throughout the process of my purchase, I dealt with a very pleasesant experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about thier cars. Throughout the process of my purchase, I dealt with a sales consultant, one of the business managers, a parts professional and one of the finance managers. Each individual was helpful and friendly. Two days after my purchase I actually returned to the dealership to buy additional accessories for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from the parts department. The service in there was as helpful and courteous as the rest! For these reasons, I have decided to give Garavel "Great" scores on all ratings. More

I recently leased a new Grand Cherokee replacing one coming off lease. Steve was my sales associate. He couldn't be a nicer guy to my wife and I. He patiently described all the packages and options that are available. He went thru all the pluses and minuses of everything and made it easy for us to decide. He found the car we wanted quickly and was flexible in scheduling our pick up. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car for us because that day worked for us. He said he was happy to do it and I believe him. Using this dealer for sales and service is a no brainer. It can't be easier! More

I went to the dealership later that afternoon, met with Amanda who introduced me the Steve Goomrigan, test drove a pcon 2010 Jeep Cherokee, did some paper work and picked up the Jeep on Friday of the same week from Omar Hamed.
