Loved dealing with Mark, he was an excellent sales consultant, he didn't try and steer us away from what we wanted and helped us with the process. The negotiation process (which is normally unpleasant at car dealerships) was very clear and fair. Importantly, Mark's sales manager was very polite and made us all feel important and welcome. We were even impressed with the business manager who helped set up the lease structure. The entire experience made us feel like we were being welcomed into the business and I could tell that Garavel is focused on building repeat business, Great job. More
