My 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee had an electrical short resulting in intermittent loss of power. On January 17, 2014, I brought my 2004 Dodge Dakota in because it was making an awful screeching noise whenever I turned the steering wheel and there was liquid under my truck. It was diagnosed as needin because it was making an awful screeching noise whenever I turned the steering wheel and there was liquid under my truck. It was diagnosed as needing a new power steering pump so I made arrangements to have a new pump installed in addition to a serpentine belt and oil change. Three days later, the awful noise re-appeared when I turned my steering wheel and the next morning more liquid was found under my truck. I was frustrated and brought my truck to Garavel hoping to find out what happened. The diagnosis came back as rusted and leaking power steering lines. I had already paid $800.00 for the power steering pump and was quoted another $600.00 for the lines. This didn't make me very happy at all because I felt everything should have been diagnosed together and fixed during one visit and definitely not have the same problem three days later. So, I removed my truck and decided to explore other options. What Keith did next is what separates him from anyone else in this industry. The very next morning, Keith called and left me a voice message on my work phone. I called him back and he immediately wanted to rectify the problem and did not want to lose me as a customer. Up until now, I always had a very good relationship with Keith and Garavel so I brought my truck back and had both the power steering lines replaced. I can honestly say that if Keith had not made that phone call, Garavel probably would've lost me as a customer. I've said it before, Keith is a very, very big reason why I will continue to bring my Dodge Dakota to Garavel for service. More

We came in with a back wiper that was torn off by vandals, was told the part would be in the next day and to come back. Came in to service my 2001 RAM 1500. My truck had a litany of issues- stalling out, slipping when shifting, and braking issues. Keith correctly diagnosed all the issues, kept me apprised of the cost estimate, gave me multiple options and in the end, completed the work ahead of schedule and right on budget (even though there was some extra work thrown in that they discovered once the truck was on the lift). After having my vehicle previously serviced by another local dealership (and paying through the nose to address the same problem over and over again) I will return to Garavel for all my Ram's service needs. Extremely satisfied with my experience there. More
They wanted charge me to fix my car problem (rattle in dashboard ) even though I still have bumper to bumper warranty. Service manager told me than rattle is cover only for 1 year or 12000 miles. Of course this is not true, when I called dodge they confirm that my car problem should be cover for 3 years and 36 k. Finally they" made me a favor" and agree to offer free one hour labor. But when my wife went there to drop the car 2 days later they start to ask her tons of questions and telling the same warranty story. So she left the place crying ( I have to say she is pregnant and little bit to emotional). Finally I went to dealer in Greenwich and they will fix my problem for Free next week. More
