I expanded my search and within less then an hour of sending an email, garavel subaru called me back NOT emailed me back answering all my questions and gave me an unbeatable price so I ordered through them. Valentina called me the next day to let me know the order was placed gave me the order information plus she would keep me informed weekly of any updates throughout the process. Once the car came in I drove the 2hrs from NJ to CT to pick it up and as soon as you walk through the door the level of customer care from the everyone at the entire dealership was top notch. George was extremely helpful signing/going over all the paperwork, explaining all the warranties and different options of coverage as well as all the numbers. Valentina went over the entire car for 30minutes as well as called me the next day to make sure there were no problems with the car or if I had any questions for her about the car that we didn't go over the day before. Garavel subaru was one the best new car buying experience I have ever had it was smooth and painless. Unfortunately living 2hrs away I can not use them for all the service of my vehicle, however I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone as well as use them in the future for a new subaru. More

Particularly worth noting that George Brunner (the sales manager) was very accommodating when it came to sorting out the final details of my lease plan. I'd been given one price on the first visit, but a different price on return. When I queried and explained the situation, he and the team were great in sorting things out for me. MEANT TO BE BLACK, 2015 WRX LIMITED I had been searching for a black 2015 WRX LIMITED with no success for quite some time until I found one via the internet at Garavel Subaru. When I inq I had been searching for a black 2015 WRX LIMITED with no success for quite some time until I found one via the internet at Garavel Subaru. When I inquired about the car online it seemed as though I had received a response within seconds from Valentina Craig. She was kind enough to rearrange her busy Saturday schedule due to the fact that I was very eager to see the car and coming from NJ- (because in addition, the car also had a factory sport package included in the price, which was already very close to the numbers that I was getting from other NY/NJ dealers for the 2015 WRX without it) I met Valentina that Saturday, and I can honestly say that my experience with her and the dealership was like getting VIP treatment at an all inclusive luxury resort. I was a little short with my down payment and trade in to get my payments where I needed them to be, however they managed to make the numbers work for the both of us. They were awesome and the car was awesome so I drove it home the following Wednesday. Two weeks later and I am receiving emails , phone calls and even hand written personalized cards from Valentina insuring that my car buying experience from Garavel was nothing short of a "one of a kind, meant to be" experience. I unfortunately live too far away for them to service my car regularly but I can honestly say that I look very forward to dealing with Garavel again in the future should I have any unexpected problems, questions or purchases to in the future.
