Very nice staff I recently leased a 2017 Forester and the staff that helped me was very pleasant and nice to work with. My only complaint is that the dealership did not have a lot of options in stock and I only had one car to choose from. Also, and this is in no way reflective of the Garavel dealership, but Subaru does not do a vary good job of advertising accurate deals. They list one price and then you go into the dealership and they add on several extra charges, which should have been posted on the website to begin with. I feel like Subaru should make more information readily available to the consumer, in terms of additional charges and cost for repairs/ damages. Overall, I was excited about having a Subaru and I do enjoy the car thus far, however while the people at Garavel were nice to work with, I left feeling underwhelmed and skeptical about how much of a deal I got if any. I have a feeling I am going to end up paying quite a bit more than I was expecting by the end of my lease term. More

I am happy to say that after walking into Garavel Subaru without an appointment and being matched up with Sam we will be buying all of our cars from them. Completely Impressed Because I have two friends who recently bought the Outback, I knew that I would like it; however, I did not think it could compare to my Lexus. I was completely surprised and impressed first when Nicole told us all about the safety features and this impression continued throughout the entire process from driving the car to negotiating the possibility of actually buying it. I left the dealership with what I felt was a good, reasonable lease price, but I was not yet ready to commit. I returned the next day ready to commit. Not only am I impressed with my new Outback but also with the level of professionalism and friendliness I experienced at the dealership. Both my husband and I commented on how much we appreciate that neither Nicole nor Miles tried to put pressure on us to buy the car. They were professional, positive, and helpful but never pressuring. I look forward to my future experiences with the team at Garavel. More
