Garavel Subaru provided excellent service today. I called this morning to report an indicator light was intermittedly lighting up. The receptionist suggested I come right over so they could evaluate called this morning to report an indicator light was intermittedly lighting up. The receptionist suggested I come right over so they could evaluate what the issue was. When I arrived the service writer told me they would have the problem diagnosed in 20 minutes. Within 20 Minutes I was given the diagnosis, (which was that I needed all new brakes) and that they were able to correct the issue right away if I wanted. In addition they provided me with a loaner car so I could continue on with my day. I was told the car would be ready by 12:30 and it was. And finally at pick up I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been detailed. Overall it was a very positive experience. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the Garavel Subaru Service department to other Subaru owners. More

I was leasing a brand new Subaru Legacy and realized very quickly that I was already putting on way more mileage than I was paying for and I decided that maybe it was time to buy a new vehicle instead of lea quickly that I was already putting on way more mileage than I was paying for and I decided that maybe it was time to buy a new vehicle instead of leasing. I've always had an affinity for WRX's but I wasn't sure if I would be able to pull off trading the lease in to finance another vehicle so early into the lease. I called Garavel Subaru and realized that the sales consultant that sold me my leased Legacy had moved on. I was connected to Don Hill and I explained my situation to him and he immediately started the process of getting me into the vehicle I wanted within my price point as well. He really took control and went out of his way to make the deal happen on my terms and was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Don to Anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle! More

I bought a 2013 STI hatch, traded in my challenger and there were no issues; 2 visits to the dealership, a few emails to Jessica...and the deal was done. They gave me a fair price for my car...but...more importantly -- there were no added fees, no changing the price at the last minute...nothing. Again...highest dealer rating ever, and I have been to many, many dealers over the years. Do not hesitate to go in and see John Epitropakis...he will not steer you wrong in any way. Jessica Cocco was cool as I emailed her info. before heading to the dealership; Jose Marin was also a cool, straight shooting guy. More
When I arrived at the dealership, I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. Don was very patient and showed me two models and then both CPO and new. I walked into this dealership on a recent Saturday afternoon and stood around in their showroom for 15 minutes without ever being greeted. For anyone who has never visited this dealer, this isnt a va afternoon and stood around in their showroom for 15 minutes without ever being greeted. For anyone who has never visited this dealer, this isnt a vast showroom. It's a small area with one vehicle, a number of tables and a fireplace. If you are there they've seen you. While we were there several sales associates walked by me while they were working with customers including one employee who was presumably a manager (because he walked into the manager's office). I understand that they looked busy but there were also a couple of women sitting in front of computer terminals in a cubed off area (on the sales floor) not working with customers who were also aware of my presence. Not one of the employees said a word to me. Not, "sorry, as you can see we are quite busy but someone will be with you as soon as possible." Nothing. 15 minutes is a long time and if anyone had even given me the sense that they were interested in working with me I would have approached them. I'm not a 16 year old kid and I wasn't shabbily dressed (not that tether of those things would have excused the behavior) but this is not the way I would want my employees treating my customers. Needless to say I left without ever having the pleasure of speaking with a single employee. I guess I will go to another local dealer interested in my purchase. More
I was interested in a car here but I live in San Francisco. This dealership is in Conneticut which means that I would not be able to test drive the car, I would have had to do all the paper work ove Francisco. Now buying a car is hard enough but buying across the country on good faith is enormous. But Jessica Cocco was fantastic! She went outside into the snow and checked the car to see if it had certain features I wanted. She made sure the car would pass California Emmissions. She looked into several shipping companies and got me the best price. She sent me here to Dealer Rater.com and I was reassured. She even got me a better price! I would definitely work with them again. More
