As I had ordered a very specific car (the Launch Edition), I knew it would be a bit of a wait. Miles called me once a week to keep me updated on the status of my car - even calling me to tell me it had arrived at a port in Rhode Island a few days before I could pick it up. The delivery/hand-off to me was terrific - fast, efficient and upbeat. Miles understood that I had done my research, and as an owner of an '04 STi he knew I didn't need or want any long-winded explanation of how things worked. It was the best buying experience I've had in quite a while! More
