Annie is truly organized,, thorough, attentive, and was able to answer all my questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate her a 20. I love my 2017 Honda CRV touring edition and appreciated Annie's no pressure approach which made this a very pleasurable experience. Annie left no detail unspoken and patiently reviewed all the features of my CRV on the day of purchase. That alone was very helpful. Instead of being accommodating, Garber was willing to jeopardize my insurance policy to push cars off the lot and failed to provide the insurance company with the proper paperwork. More
