Andrea Biggers, the internet sales manager, provided great service. The store is immaculate. There is one detail that was overlooked, the passenger side running light doesn’t light up. I returned to the dealership and Derrick, the technician checked all of the lights, I was advised that even new vehicles have lights out when received by the dealer, he promised to check with Toyota parts and see how much the light replacement costs. I was advised by Andrea Biggers, that she would give me an answer next week when the Sales Manager returns. I look forward to a favorable outcome. More
