Had the part i needed and took care of a recall. Sales person was ok and the finance guy was cool. The sales manager tried to charge $2000 more for what I owed on our leased car when I was just trying to buy it out/refinance it. He was also trying The sales manager tried to charge $2000 more for what I owed on our leased car when I was just trying to buy it out/refinance it. He was also trying to get me to by a bunch of extended warranty’s bringing the total cost of the refi to almost double of what was owed. Then in finance there was still an additional $300 tacked onto what was owed that I caught. I showed the finance guy what was owed in my paperwork and he called the sales manager back in and confirmed that he made a mistake. Finance guy had to redo the paperwork. We have owned 4 different Kia’s in our family but never again. More
