The price for the synthetic oil/filter change on a Kia Soul is outrageous! Seriously it was approx. $165.00! I was shocked and didn't know what to do! That is ridiculous and with my busy schedule and inconvenience of finding a ride home (also got front or rear - not sure which one done) I didn't want to leave without getting the service done. I will find a new mechanic from now on. Kia isn't doing anything special for me and I'd rather take it to my friends shop and pay half the price for the same service. Your labor charges are so overpriced. The service advisors are friendly although customer service is very important I'd rather pay half the price than have a nice service advisor! More

My trip to garden Grove Kia was not bad at all. I never thought I would be saying that but here I am. Jeremy was excellent he saw that I am disabled and seemed to get things done very quickly. If I were rating them, they would get maybe one star. I have had three keys and I've always dreaded taking it into the dealer. So now the only time that I go to the dealer is when it's for factory maintenance, and even then at Cerritos it's a nightmare. Again, I was very very pleased with the service and Jeremy made the whole experience, I don't want to say enjoyable, but it certainly was not bad at all. Great coffee too! More
