The dealer Kia Garden Grove Service department was Poor! I think the last service was poor, because the service advisor never told me what included in the first service and nothing at the end about what ex I think the last service was poor, because the service advisor never told me what included in the first service and nothing at the end about what exactly doing to my car, I asked to the Service advisor so many times about questions that I had and all the time he just answered: I don’t know or you need to ask other department.!. The service was fast in 1 hour, great! but They never washed my car and never told me if I want it. It was my first time for the service and that’s why I had a lot of questions for the next maintenance . Thank you More
