Uncommunicative & only there to make a sale. I had a great experience in the beginning, but as soon as we were there to sign paperwork, things got shady. I drove from a different state because a certain deal was promised. That deal was not upheld and it was all because “Kia Corporate” found an issue. Come to find out there was never an issue and this dealership created this issue to get more money. Nothing irks me more than someone who is dishonest. After several conversations with my sales rep and the sales manager, the consensus was this: Their story kept changing and they could not provide me with a clear message. It was all over the place. I don’t necessarily blame the dealership as much as I blame dealership culture. This will be my last time purchasing from a dealership. Note: My sales rep Bryanna was fantastic. I think it was her finance people and sales manager that are the culprits. Go find another industry Bryanna. You’re too good for this. More

I showed up at the time of my appointment and still had to wait about 30 minutes for someone to attend me. Before that even happened I was sitting in my car for a while until I finally went inside to ask h to wait about 30 minutes for someone to attend me. Before that even happened I was sitting in my car for a while until I finally went inside to ask how it all works. All I kept hearing was that even though I had an appointment I still had to wait. I repeatedly asked to get an estimate of how long the service would take and again for the same answer. They took a little under two hours and texted the wrong phone number so I was late to pick up my car! They were already closed. I had specifically told them that none of the phone numbers on file were mine and I watched the guy write my phone number down in pen on the service receipt. Still didn’t get a text!! Luckily one of the sales employees was able to open the service department and grab my keys for me, she was a little slow about it but at least I drove my car home that day. What a crazy first appointment. More

This is the first we have enjoyed buying a new car. There was no stress. You have such a special salesman with ET. He took his time and answered every question we had. By the time we met Paul in finance we were completely happy with our choice of vehicle. Paul has the patience of a saint. He went over and over the different maintenance packages with us. He made sure we understood what we were and weren’t choosing to purchase. Both men stayed late to make sure the car was ready and we were happy. Looking forward to the service dept. being the same.
