I paid 220 dollars to get my cara diagnostic check to see what was wrong. It had an appointment but it took 2 days to tell me something I already knew. I feel like I was charged and nothing was done. They just confirmed the initial problem I told them.The service advisor seemed to make up the diagnoses when I picked ip the vehicle. There wasn’t a full description of what was done in the diagnostic check, to justify the $220 charge. More
