This truly has been the best car buying experience i have ever had. I have been buying cars for the last 30 years. Bryanna was outstanding, very knowledgeable, honest and no pressure tactics at all. Kenny ever had. I have been buying cars for the last 30 years. Bryanna was outstanding, very knowledgeable, honest and no pressure tactics at all. Kenny in Finance was just as professional, knowledgeable, patient and best of all called 5 banks to find us the best rate possible. Because of their honesty and our full level of comfort with Bryanna and Kenny, we ended up buying a second car for our daughter 2 days later. They truly made us feel like VIP. The service was easy quick and fast. But I will say if you are unsatisfied with your product and Kia has that trade it back program your sales person will tell you it’s too late for that But I will say if you are unsatisfied with your product and Kia has that trade it back program your sales person will tell you it’s too late for that. The sorento hybrid is a fuel efficient car but the arm rest have the most superficial padding and the seats are very uncomfortable no matter the adjustments. Skip the fuel efficiency and just get a telluride the seats are far better. More
