Guss was amazing. I had less than stellar experience last time I got a lease from this dealership and my plan was not buy it out and do business elsewhere. Guss was super educational, in ways he did not need to be (i.e. educating me on APR and down payments, etc for the loan to buy out my car). I was clear with what I wanted to do and my criteria of having it be a quick process - he respected that and got the info I needed in a quick manner. Ultimately I trusted his expertise, his word and ended up getting into another lease. It felt like he had my best interest at heart. Low pressure, educational, supported me in whatever I needed/decided to do. I also shopped around a bit just to do my due diligence, and he really took care of me from a pricing perspective. So refreshing! More

I recently just purchased a Kia Telluride from Garden Grove Kia and the experience was fantastic, which is something you don't usually hear about buying a car. They had a good inventory compared to other Grove Kia and the experience was fantastic, which is something you don't usually hear about buying a car. They had a good inventory compared to other dealerships we had visited. Our sales representative, Sam Carmona was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything very clearly. He was timely and efficient and I never felt any pressure from him throughout the process.
