Guss was super educational, in ways he did not need to be (i.e. educating me on APR and down payments, etc for the loan to buy out my car). I was clear with what I wanted to do and my criteria of having it be a quick process - he respected that and got the info I needed in a quick manner. Ultimately I trusted his expertise, his word and ended up getting into another lease. It felt like he had my best interest at heart. Low pressure, educational, supported me in whatever I needed/decided to do. I also shopped around a bit just to do my due diligence, and he really took care of me from a pricing perspective. So refreshing! More

Your service time could improve on auto service. Waited 2 hr 45 min for oil change, wiper blade replacement, brake fluid exchange. Needed more service but could not sit for an additional 2/3 hours to get it done. More

I recently just purchased a Kia Telluride from Garden Grove Kia and the experience was fantastic, which is something you don't usually hear about buying a car. They had a good inventory compared to other Grove Kia and the experience was fantastic, which is something you don't usually hear about buying a car. They had a good inventory compared to other dealerships we had visited. Our sales representative, Sam Carmona was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and explained everything very clearly. He was timely and efficient and I never felt any pressure from him throughout the process. Having to take my car for a recall was a positive experience, Luis was very helpful and my wait was pleasant. I was helped at the scheduled time and was out faster than expected. Excellent comfortable, clean customer lounge area, and did not have a long wait compared to my previous dealers' experiences. In addition, I was helped with my key remote. I did have to return the next day to reprogram one of my key remotes and was helped on very short notice. Again, the service was fast (20 minutes) and I plan to return to this facility for my next KIA needs. More
I bought a used car here and it gave me nothing but trouble since driving it home. I’ve had to take in 4 different times to get serviced within 3 weeks of purchase. To say I’m disappointed and feel taken advantage of is a gross understatement. The service team was nice and friendly and tried to help but the issue persists. I will never return to this Kia. More
